January 3, 2009 Thomaston Opera House MUST BE REGISTERED BY NOVEMBER 1ST Welcome!!! It is my pleasure to announce the Miss Litchfield County Outstanding Teen 2009 Pageant. The Miss America Organization is the single largest source of college scholarship for young women, and it all begins at the local level. The Miss America Outstanding Teen Program is dedicated to “promoting scholastic achievement, creative accomplishments, healthy living, and community involvement for America’s Teens”. The judging process seeks to find the best and most well rounded candidate, and the new scoring system adequately reflects that mission. The new Litchfield County Outstanding Teen will be eligible to compete in Connecticut’s Outstanding Teen pageant in June.Requirements |
