I am a 19-year-old sophomore at the University of Connecticut in Storrs, CT.

I am a Psychology major, minoring in Marketing.

I have recently been inducted into the National Honor Society for Collegiate Scholars and I currently have a 3.6 GPA.

I am also a cheerleader on the club competitive team, and in my spare time I sing as much as I can.

Throughout my time within the Miss America Organization, I have been introduced

to the Children’s Miracle Network, and with these degrees from UConn,

I would ultimately like to become the Fundraising Coordinator for the

CMN or another nonprofit organization.

As Miss Litchfield County 2010, I will not only support the CMN, but I

will also be advocating my own personal platform:

The "Go, Fight, Win! The War Against Parkinson's Disease!"

In the past, I have contributed

over $2,000.00 to the Michael J. Fox Foundation, and I plan to keep up

this progress, if not surpass it, as Miss Litchfield County.

I cannot wait to begin being a community servant to the Litchfield

County, and I hope you are all as excited about this year as I am!
