January 3, 2009 Thomaston Opera House MUST BE REGISTERED BY DECEMBER 1, 2008 Welcome!!! The Litchfield County Scholarship Program will be holding the first annual Beautiful Litchfield County baby photo contest as a fundraiser to the Miss Litchfield County Scholarship college fund. We are now accepting two categories, infant division 0-1, and toddlers division 2-4. Parents can submit 8x10 black and white or color photo. A judging panel will be selected and winners will be announced @ the Thomaston Opera house during the Litchfield County 2009 pageant, January 3. Savings bond and prize awards will be given. A $50.00 entry fee is required; all proceeds fund the scholarship. |
